Step 2
Apply & Select a Payment Plan.
Submit a quick application; no credit checks, no payslips. Choose your preferred Gatepass Ownership Plan based on how much you can pay monthly.
Plans start from as low as KES 15,000 and go up depending on your budget and the home you want later.
Step 3
Start Monthly Land Payments.
Once approved, begin making consistent monthly payments for your chosen plot; no deposit required.
Timely payments over 3 years qualify you for a home construction. You’ll also receive updates and digital receipts monthly.
Step 4
Earn Your Title & Get Verified.
After 36 months of consistent payment, you complete your land ownership phase.
We process and issue your official title deed, clean, registered, and 100% in your name. This opens the door to step 5.
Step 5
We Build Your Home For You.
Now it gets exciting. Based on your Ownership Plan, Gatepass builds you a quality home on your plot.
We handle design, approvals, and construction; you just watch it come to life.
Step 6
Move In & Pay Monthly.
Once your home is complete, you move in and start repaying the build cost over 10 years at only 6.99% interest.
Just like before, pay monthly via MPESA or bank transfer; no stress, no surprises.
